Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SignalVault LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates the Parallax product ("Parallax", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Parallax brand-context hub and related websites and services (the "Service"), available at seeparallax.com. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
Parallax, operated by SignalVault LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company), provides a business-to-business software platform that helps organizations unify their marketing and brand data into a single, governed workspace. The Service is intended for use by authorized team members of the organizations ("Customers") that subscribe to it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and organization/role, so we can authenticate you and provide access.
- Customer content. Content and metrics you or your organization connect to or upload into the Service โ for example brand guidelines, ad creatives, web content, and analytics data.
- Data from connected third-party services. When you authorize a connection (for example an advertising, analytics, or Google account), we access only the data and scopes needed to provide the features you enable, using credentials you grant.
- Usage and log data. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Cookies. We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and authenticate users.
- To unify connected data into your organization's brand context and generate answers, insights, and recommendations for your team.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and service changes.
- To monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, Parallax's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google user data only to provide and improve the features you explicitly enable, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except where you give consent, where required for security or to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers (subprocessors) that host and run the Service on our behalf โ including cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) and the AI model providers used to generate answers โ under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Within your organization, according to the roles and permissions your administrators configure. Customer content is isolated per organization.
- For legal reasons, when required to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Data retention
We retain account and Customer content for as long as your organization's account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your organization may request deletion as described below.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, encryption of connector credentials at rest, per-organization data isolation, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our safeguards.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Because much of the data in the Service is controlled by your organization, we may direct certain requests to your organization's administrator. To exercise a right or ask a question, contact us using the details below. You can also disconnect a linked third-party account at any time from within the Service or the provider's settings.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
We operate the Service using infrastructure that may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protections for cross-border transfers.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
